Lucilla Schmidinger is a concert dramaturge, curator, presenter and artistic producer. With over 13 years of expertise in conceptualizing and realising artistic and creative projects, and a background in theatre studies, musicology, and arts management, she is dedicated to exploring innovative and tailor-made formats that convey music and other art forms in fresh and impactful ways, inspiring deep listening within diverse communities.

She currently works independently and for the Philharmonisches Staatsorchester Hamburg. Previously, she was Programme Director at Konzerthaus Berlin, following her work as a dramaturge there. Prior to that, she worked as Head of Artistic Planning and Production at Ludwigsburger Schlossfestspiele, as well as for BR Klassik, the August Everding Theatre Academy, PODIUM Esslingen, and the audiovisual label Feral Note, amongst others.
