Ryan Lim is a wine expert based in Paris. As a director of Paris Wine Company, he facilitates connections between independent French winemakers and a network of passionate distributors, enabling them to share their bottles and stories worldwide. Before assuming his current role, he served as a Michelin-starred chef at Arpège and Garance in Paris. Passionate about multisensory wine pairing, he collaborates with various artists to enhance the artistic experience through wine. Recently, he co-hosted Sound Tasting at Musée de la Chasse in Paris, pairing wine to ambient soundscapes created by bio-composer Casey Barth. He also showcased music & wine pairing at Le Bicolore, a contemporary art platform of Maison du Danemark, featuring Novo Quartet and select winemakers.
